I work in regulated, multi-country environments — helping organisations modernise their IT function, adopt AI safely at scale, and deliver technology that genuinely serves the business.

About me

With 30 years in technology — 26 at Deutsche Telekom and three at Allwyn Group — I have led IT organisations, programmes and platforms across 10+ EU countries. My work spans operating model design, cloud and data platforms, ERP and HRIS delivery, cybersecurity governance and AI adoption at scale.

The Goal

Build a Group Enterprise IT function and deliver digital platforms for business users across three countries.

Achievements

  • Established and grew IT function to ~40 FTE supporting enterprise platforms (ERP, HRIS, data platform, AI tooling, security, process tools).
  • Led AI adoption programme — achieving 45% active enterprise usage within the first 10 months.
  • Delivered SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (2023), SuccessFactors (2025), and Concur (2026) across the Group.
  • Built AWS-based data platform with data governance and steered common EMEA architecture for data reporting.
  • Group-wide licence synergies: negotiation with tier 1 SaaS providers.
  • Drove process transformation tooling using the Atlassian stack.
